Founder and President

Chris Arbutina serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Custom Communications, Inc. Prior to forming Custom Communications, Mr. Arbutina served in various roles in the telecommunications industry. His experience with Time Warner Cable, Global Interactive, Media Works, DirecTV, Frontier Communications, Verizon, and DISH Network have provided the basis for success in a demanding installation environment. As CEO of Custom Communications, Mr. Arbutina has grown the companies partnerships to include DISH Network, Verizon, Centurylink, Frontier Communications, and Xirrus. Custom Communications maintains a technician installation staff of more than 300 highly-trained professional installers. Mr. Arbutina started Custom Communications in 1998, and he currently lives with his wife and 3 children in Raleigh, NC.

Kate Adams is the Chief Financial Officer at Custom Communications Inc. Adams oversees the company’s financial and accounting operations, controllership, business support, real estate, treasury, tax functions, planning, analysis and internal audit. Prior to joining Custom Communications Inc, Adams served in various industries, including retail property management, construction, development, real estate and aerospace manufacturing, where she held different roles and responsibilities. Adams graduated with an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.

A powerhouse when it comes to overseeing the day to day operations of our company, Luke plays a key role in the development of Custom Communications and its exceptional working environment. Striving to reach new levels of excellence, he works everyday to build a dedicated team who loves what they do and their happiness. Boasting a diverse background and a passion for what he does, Luke has a unique ability to positively impact lives. This ability gives him an advantage when it comes to successfully problem solving in order to achieve success. With strong accomplishments as an on-site project manager in the heavy equipment industry as well as in the role of logistic manager of multi-million dollar shipments, he understands that the quality of environments directly relates to productivity. In his spare time, full enjoyment of life is Luke’s goals. Spending time restoring classic cars, riding dirt bikes, and operating heavy machinery, this is a man who loves to live in the fast lane.

Analytical Executive Assistant to the CEO

Joining Custom Communications in 2007, Kasey’s background in hospitality management provided her with the necessary skills to take on the challenge of reconciling our company’s large-scale inventory & payment accounts through major providers where she gained business expertise and analytical insights. With a keen eye for detail and a natural affinity for problem solving, Kasey now works as the Analytical Executive assistant to the CEO. Kasey enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children, Destiny, Kolby, and Madi. She is avid amateur photographer who’s developed an extensive portfolio of nature and still life images.

Jeff Mauget

Director of Marketing

Jeff recognized early the game-changing effects of data on production outcomes, and he leveraged this understanding to establish himself as a highly sought after marketing production manager. Jeff launched his own marketing production firm in 2002 and operated as the dedicated fulfillment provider for several Fortune 500 advertising and marketing firms before selling his business to join Custom Communications’s team in 2009. In 2013, Jeff brought his understanding of large-scale project management and data-driven results to our company’s recruiting efforts, increasing resource count by 130% in less than two years. Jeff enjoys all aspects of music, playing both drums and guitar, and he looks forward to exploring the world and learning new things with his wife and children.

Renee’s background in logistics and managment serves her well as she leads contractor payroll, inventory logisitcs and reconcilliation for CCi’s expanding business. When not sending shipments (or herself) accross the country, Renee enjoys crafting and being in nature with her pets.

Operations Support Director

With 35 years in the telecommunications industry, Tim’s expertise propelled his ascension from line technician to managing and leading some of the top teams in his field.  Tim’s team leadership is crucial in the monitoring and execution of daily priorities as the Director of Operations Support in CCi headquarters. In his spare time, Tim enjoys golfing with his wife and boys and is heavily involved in the community through scouts, town sports and the neighborhood HOA.

Chet became an Appliance Repair expert by serving over fourteen years as a master technician specializing in Samsung TV and Home appliances. Now recognized as one of the top appliance repair talents in the field, Chet oversees daily Triage Operations in CCi headquarters. In his spare time Chet enjoys spending time with his wife and children at the beach.
