Our Start

Founded in 1998, our CEO Chris Arbutina began his career as an in-home service technician. Seeing a need to enhance the efficacy of operations and supply chain, he started Custom Communications with a mindset to build a more customer oriented work force system using web-based technologies. Proud to always be ahead of our competition, our use of a unique technical serving system and recruiting process sets us apart.
